Return & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Please note: We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to help you find the right size, style, or alternative item.


Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order items are made especially for you and are not eligible for cancellation or refund once the order is placed.
Exchanges on pre-order items may be possible for sizing issues or defects—please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist you.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

  • Final sale, personalised, or custom items are not returnable.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@helouheritage.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. We’ll provide return authorisation and next steps.

  3. Items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving authorisation.
